The team developing training on self harm support want to share news of a great partnership with a community forensic service user: bringing lived experience into the design stages for the first time.

Spending time in hospital or being ill at home with Long COVID can result in a significant reduction in your muscle strength endurance. This is why our Long COVID team is developing a tailored version of the app Physitrack, which features members of the team demonstrating and narrating exercises that patients can do at home.

Influenza and other respiratory illnesses circulating in the community remain high, however vaccine uptake across the Trust has been disappointingly low this winter. This puts the health of our wider Mersey Care family, our patients and service users at risk.
