Essential work will be carried out on Queens Drive and Thomas Drive, involving lane closures and traffic controls outside Liverpool Heart and Chest and Broadgreen Hospitals and Broadoak Unit, beginning Wednesday, 23 July 2025.

There will be industrial action by resident doctors for five days from 7am on 25 July to 7am on 30 July 2025.

Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust are in the process of implementing an electronic job planning system (via Allocate). Thanks to all those who have completed the training and have started developing their job plans already, it’s great to see engagement from across the divisions with this piece of work!

If you have expressed an interest previously you need to do so again as the start date of the Cohort was moved to better fit service need. This exciting opportunity is open to registered mental health nurses and registered allied health professions who hold a clinical role and have been employed on a permanent contract for at least 12 months in Mental Health Care Division.
