Our Learning Disability Network is celebrating its first year. The team includes around 90 colleagues from across the Trust who support each other with training and advice and they’d love to see you at their next meeting on Wednesday, 22 January on MS Teams from 9.30am to 11.30am. All Mersey Care staff are invited to keep up to date with their vaccinations by attending one of our clinics.

As you may be aware, there is an active cyber incident at a local Wirral University Hospital. Mersey Care systems are not affected by this incident; however, to be extra vigilant NHS Informatics Merseyside are putting additional controls in place and service continues as normal.

In the spirit of continuous improvement, we are keen to understand how effective the phlebotomy online appointment system is working for both patients and referrers. This is why we will be running another survey between Monday, 25 November and Sunday, 8 December.
