    Measuring the impact of Right Care Right Person with Radar

    Mersey Care is experiencing impact due to the phased roll out of Right Care Right Person (RCRP) by Cheshire and Merseyside police. It’s important that we capture impact so we can provide them with information to inform further roll out, making sure we learn together, in the interests of keeping everyone safe. We’ve added fields in our Radar system which help to capture the data we need. RCRP elements of Radar are activated when the answer to the question, ‘Were police called to this incident?’ is ‘Yes’. A series of related questions follow.

    NHS sets out challenges for hospital gynaecology and maternity services in Liverpool

    4 October 2024

    NHS Cheshire and Merseyside Integrated Care Board has published a case for change setting out the key risks facing hospital-based gynaecology and maternity services in Liverpool. The ICB board will consider the case for change at a meeting on 9 October 2024. Subject to the board’s approval of the document, a period of public engagement will begin on 15 October 2024, giving people an opportunity to share their views about the issues.

    NAVAJO Merseyside, Cheshire & Manchester region LGBTIQA+ Charter Mark

    4 October 2024

    We have retained the NAVAJO Merseyside, Cheshire and Manchester LGBTIQA+ Charter Mark which was presented to the Trust during the annual NAVAJO awards ceremony, at the City of Liverpool College on 3 October 2024. This accredits the organisation from 31 October 2024 to 1 November 2026 as a full partner and charter mark holder.
