We invite all staff to provide their feedback in our pulse surveys three times each year, as a regular and consistent approach to understanding the working experience of our staff. Particularly important at this time of year, it also includes a colleague mood check which will help us to understand the impact of winter pressures on our people.

The Met Office have issues an amber cold health alert from 12pm on 7 January to 12pm on 12 January 2024.

This new national partnership agreement aims to make sure vulnerable people are given the right support by the right agency when they need it.

The Trust operates with two Health Roster systems. We are now in a position to bring the two systems together. The work is currently scheduled to take place between Monday, 12 February to Friday, 23 February.

Please note that absence manager should be used for sickness absences only. Employees should contact their manager directly for other non-sickness absences such as carer's leave or bereavement leave.
