After a details process of providing evidence, Trust finance leads are delighted to announce their 2024 accreditation status. The finance team, led by Chief Finance Officer Rob Collins, has this week seen their Level 3 score (the highest option they can achieve) ratified nationally. They’ve received notification from Via One NHS Finance and Skills Development Network which reflects the continuous development of NHS finance functions, including emphasis on their support for learning and staff development.

The theme for this year’s World Mental Health Day (WMHD) is ‘Mental Health at Work’ and we want to spotlight the variety of support available throughout the year for staff to help maintain and improve their mental wellbeing.

Last month, the Sefton and Kirkby Early Interventions Team (EIT) organised their first recovery stories event at Kirkdale Community Fire Station.

The Community Mental Health Transformation Team invites all Trust staff to a Tea and Talk event in Therapy Room 2 on the first floor at Norris Green Community Hub (L11 5BR). Call in any time between 12.30 and 2.30 for a hot drink and a biscuit and chat about wellbeing and looking after your mental health, as well as a mental health quiz where a leaderboard will track the winner!
