A new enhanced version of SharePoint for transactional forms will be launched on Thursday, 12 December 2024. The new features include improved design, simplified and user-friendly forms, more automation and improved reporting. Users and managers can also track the progress of their forms. The launch will mean the existing transactional forms on SharePoint will be unavailable for five days from 7 December to 11 December inclusive.

Each month the teams will share a tip of the month around health, safety and security. This month they have shared information on data controller of CCTV and workplace inspections.

Graham Urwin, Chief Executive of NHS Cheshire and Merseyside Integrated Care Board (ICB), has announced he will retire in June next year following 42 years in public service.

As you may be aware, a major cyber security incident was declared at Wirral University Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust earlier in the week which remains ongoing. Additionally, Alder Hey Children’s Hospital and Liverpool Heart and Chest Hospital have reported similar ongoing cyber incidents. These matters are currently under criminal investigation, and we will provide further updates as more information becomes available.

Following the planned Rio downtime for disaster recovery testing on Sunday, it has become apparent that the back-up files we receive every 15 minutes into the Trust data warehouse, to provide a version of Rio data that we can report from, have not been supplied since Sunday afternoon.
