Mersey Cares Secret Santa Appeal will launch on 1 November and run until 13 December. Our NHS Staff Survey response rate is currently 26% - thank you to everyone who has completed the survey so far and a big congratulations to our team tea and coffee hamper winners!

Over the coming weeks the welcome boards, showing the Chair and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), currently displayed at our sites, will be removed. The information on these boards is replicated on CQC compliance posters and photographs and contact details of the Chair and CEO will be displayed on digital screens, so for sites with a digital screen, please make sure the screen remains on.

Our Mere Suite in Hartley Hospital, Southport has been identified to support our service users, short term, during difficult times as a pilot PCDU. It has assessment rooms, overnight facilities, dining facilities, bathrooms and outside space.

Lori Fair, our Clinical Lead in Maternal Mental Health Services (Silver Birch Hubs) has received the Cheshire Constabulary ‘Superintendent’s Recognition award for Outstanding Courage and Bravery' when she saved the life of a young man in extremely dangerous circumstances.
