IT helpdesk support for Mid Mersey staff transferring from North West Boroughs Healthcare (including corporate staff) will continue to be provided by Mid Mersey Digital Aliance (formerly Health Informatics Service) in the interim.
The only exception is for Sefton staff who were already supported by Informatics Merseyside (IM) prior to the acquisition. These staff should continue to access support from IM.
