Our Mental Health Care Division and NHS Informatics Merseyside are delighted to have been shortlisted in the category: Improving mental health through digital, for implementation of the What3words system which allows our staff to locate people who call the crisis line, in crisis.

Our newly formed Mental Health Liaison Team based at Liverpool Heart and Chest Hospital (LHCH) recently presented at their Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) assessment day, on how data analytics were used to develop the team (and improve it further).

A team from HSSIB made a two day visit to our Mental Health Care Division at Clock View Hospital recently which ended with very positive initial feedback. 

US journal, “Psychiatric Services” (part of the American Psychiatric Association), published this article related to three year outcome data for Spring House, personality disorder hub, written by clinicians including Mersey Care’s Dr Simon Graham and Dr Ivan Sebalo.
