Our self care wellbeing Advent Calendar has tips to help you look after your wellbeing during the month of December. Each day there will be a new tip to encourage wellbeing awareness helping you to stay healthy during the run up to Christmas.

Seren Lodge is open! The specialist Mother and Baby mental health unit will now support pregnant and postnatal women experiencing severe mental ill health from across Cheshire, Merseyside, and North Wales. Designed with input from women with lived experience, the unit provides care closer to home in a therapeutic environment.
