NAVAJO Merseyside and Cheshire LGBTIQA Chartermark Awards

Mersey Care has been awarded the NAVAJO LGBTIQA Charter Mark for its commitment to patients, carers and colleagues who identify as Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans, Intersex and non-binary. This year’s Jane Roden Memorial Unsung Heroes Award went to our very own Jenny Owen, for working tirelessly to champion LGBT+ equality.

Sefton Council’s Technology Enabled Care Solutions (TECS) team is touring to show the latest technology and support systems available for residents with extra care needs. They will attend the Keep Warm, Keep Well over 50's event on 31 October and The Atkinson, Southport.

Liverpool Community Alcohol Service (LCAS)

LCAS offers a non-medical, psychosocial intervention for those who experience problem drinking. Also support with referrals to inpatient detox or signpost to community services, accepting self-referrals and referrals from other agencies or community services.
