Implementation of Ward Guardian Programme and Training - Phase 5, Stage 2
17 February 2025
Ward Guardian, the new information and monitoring tool, will be rolled out to the second stage of Phase 5. This will consist of 19 teams starting from 10 March (attached teams). Ward Guardian is a tool to support managers in effective use of our rosters. The tool brings together relevant information regarding planned rosters, which rostering mangers can use to make amendments to their roster before the roster cycle begins. We need rostering mangers to adhere to the four/five parameters below.

Call to Secure Care Division staff – last chance to give your views on the new PREOM!

As part of the Trust’s clinical outcomes programme, we have been working with colleagues across low and medium secure services on a new version of the PREOM (the patient outcome and experience measure that is used as part of CPA preparations in various secure division services) and development of supporting guidance. We are now engaging with staff to get their feedback on this.

International Women’s Day 2025 – get involved

The theme for International Women's Day (IWD) is "Accelerate Action" - towards gender equality. According to the World Economic Forum, at the current pace, achieving full gender parity will take until 2158, approximately five generations from now.
