Senior leads, practitioners, volunteers and experts by experience gathered last week to celebrate the mid point of the Trust’s successful pilot of the NHS Culture of Care Programme.

Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust are in the process of implementing an electronic job planning system (via Allocate). Thanks to all those who have completed the training and have started developing their job plans already, it’s great to see engagement from across the divisions with this piece of work!

The Widening Participation and Apprenticeship team have been working with Children and Young People’s service in South Sefton to run a pre-employment recruitment programme for 19 – 24-year-olds in Sefton.
