  • Knowsley Bladder and Bowel

    13 December 2024

    Knowsley Continence Service has changed its name to Bladder and Bowel and has migrated to EMIS, you are no longer able to complete an internal referral via RIO. Nursing Services within the same EMIS Org can complete an inbound referral. To refer a patient please complete the internal referral form and send to the new email address knowsleybladderandbowel@merseycare.nhs.uk

  • New click and collect service for equipment

    10 December 2024

    Our Liverpool Community Equipment Service has introduced a new click and collect service from their site at Mersey Reach in Bootle. When prescribers order in the normal way, they can now select ‘collect equipment from my local depot’ on the delivery page to enable click and collect, which includes same day collection. This new service will enable prescribers to issue equipment direct at patient appointments. For more information contact community.equipment@merseycare.nhs.uk

  • SCHEDULED WORK NOTIFICATION - EMIS Web for Community

    Community EMIS Web will be upgraded with the latest Medical Knowledge Base (MKB) file, which includes updated background codes.

  • 0-19 Public Health Service

    We are pleased to share that in partnership with Alder Hey Children’s Hospital Trust we have been awarded the contract for the Provision of a 0-19 Healthy Child Programme in Liverpool and the new contract will start on 1 April 2025.

  • Queen's Nursing title for Laura Jones
