NHS 111 mental health option
3 March 2025
From 1 February 2025 people of all ages in Liverpool, Sefton, Warrington, Knowsley, Halton and St Helens should access Mersey Care’s crisis services by calling 111 and selecting the mental health option. Our 0800 numbers will no longer be advertised.

Pension re-enrolment
3 March 2025
Every three years, the Trust is required to review colleagues who maybe eligible to enrol into the Pension scheme. June 2025 is the time for this process for Mersey Care. If you are currently not contributing to a workplace pension scheme (NHS Pension or NEST), please read the document on YourSpace to ensure you understand what is required and the impact this may have on you.

Mersey Care Equality Performance for EDS year 2024 to 2025
3 March 2025
The Trust has recently been rated on its annual performance around equality and human rights across three domains covering service delivery, Workforce and Leadership. This is done annually under the NHS England Equality Delivery System (EDS) 2022 framework, and we must publish these annually by the 28 February, on the Trust’s website.
