Microsoft Forms is free and replaces previous survey platforms such as SurveyMonkey and SmartSurvey.

You can quickly design online surveys and questionnaires to gather feedback and collect essential data using Microsoft Forms. Sharing your forms is simple – you can share them via a link or QR code, and responses are collated and analysed instantly.
All the data you collect can be exported to Microsoft Excel for further analysis.
