Dr Rachel Stirland will be guest speaker for Mayden's virtual event for Mental Health Support Teams (MHSTs) on Tuesday 4 October at 10am.
Rachel is a qualified Clinical Psychologist and CAT Practitioner/Therapist and will be speaking on how to help children and young people who self-harm. She specialises in working with those who have complex mental health difficulties and have experienced trauma in their lives.
