World Immunisation Week is a chance to shine a light on the power of vaccines and to celebrate the people behind them. Across Mersey Care, three dedicated services support immunisation every day, helping to protect staff, patients, children and families.

Our new site at Mossley Hill has been shortlisted for this year’s prestigious Design in Mental Health Awards. Architects Gilling Dod realised the Trust’s need for a state of the art site with airy therapeutic facilities, garden spaces and a design which fitted into the local environment. The winners will be announced at an event in early June

Marbury Ward in Rowan View recently won the Trust's Team of the Month award for continuous improvement. This week the Chief Executive met the team and presented them with their certificate and vouchers. As one patient said: "Thank you for treating me like a human. You understand."

This year's theme is 'Let’s talk about Death and Dying' to encourage open conversations.
