    Hollins Park dispensary: ordering process update

    17 December 2024

    From Monday, 13 January 2025, Hollins Park dispensary will be changing its ordering process to align with the process at Maghull Medicines Management department. Prescription requests must be emailed to pharmacyhp@merseycare.nhs.uk - the G-drive will no longer be used. For EPMA prescriptions - the dispensary will print prescriptions after an email from the ward pharmacist. For controlled drugs, prescribers must print as per the new control drug process.

The performance data for this period covers our triage cars, urgent treatment and walk-in centres, urgent community response teams, and mental health teams.

    Staff Survey 2024 – final response rate

    Thank you for sharing your feedback in the NHS Staff Survey. We have now received confirmation that our final Trust response rate is 48%. This is 9% higher than last year and means the survey results will be reflective of the views of over 5,000 colleagues! We expect receive the results from our external survey administrator in March 2025.
