The way you access IT support has changed.
All digital support requests are now logged through the IM Digital Portal.
You’ll find the IM Digital Portal on your device home screen as a new icon (pictured below). This has replaced the Self Service icon.
What’s new in the IM Digital Portal?
Through the IM Digital Portal, you can now:
• Get support from IDA, your AI-powered IM Digital Assistant 🤖. IDA not only logs issues and checks requests but also provides intelligent guidance, answering your digital queries and giving step-by-step support. Available 24/7, there’s no need to call the IT Service Desk – help is always at your fingertips.
• Instantly log and track digital support requests.
• Browse and order digital kit through the equipment catalogue.
• Complete automated forms, such as new user account requests.
• Explore IM Online Learning, with courses and guides covering clinical and IT systems, including Microsoft 365 apps.
• Access Smartcard services – apply for a new card, reset your passcode, and more.
• Share feedback on your digital experience to help us further enhance the portal and continually improve our service to you.
