The Programme Management Office (PMO) functions to report, support and assure Mersey Care projects to realise Perfect Care. The PMO is a central point within Mersey Care that can provide guidance and support for any projects being undertaken within the Trust. The PMO is also the function by which the Trust tracks the progress of strategic projects against the Trust strategy.
The team can help with the theory and application of project management approaches; project research; business case development; options appraisal; project planning; change management; benefits scoping and benefits management. The team is flexible and will predominantly support as a consultation function, facilitating the use of project approaches or sharing tools and best practices to best support our colleagues.
