The initial presentation of YourBrief takes place at a virtual monthly half-hour session led by Chief Executive Trish Bennett or a member of the Executive Leadership Team.

All leaders at band 7 and above are invited to the session, which is run on Teams each month (day and time will change to remain inclusive).

Following the initial YourBrief session, the Powerpoint presentation will be emailed to all b7s and above for onward cascade to teams. Wherever possible, this should be during existing face-to-face or virtual meetings to allow for questions and discussion – ideally, within two weeks of receiving the email.

Managers are encouraged to add value by presenting in the context of their own service or function to make the content meaningful to their team.

There is space at the end of the presentation for managers to add in any relevant local information.

Managers should confirm YourBrief has been delivered using this feedback form.
