All staff are required to make a declaration of interest if they have one and update this each financial year via ESR.

Colleagues have a responsibility to ensure that annual leave is taken across the year, and in exceptional circumstances, where colleagues have been prevented from taking their annual leave before the end of the leave year, because of operational demands, they may, with the prior approval of their divisional manager carry over to the next leave year, up to one working week.

You can update your personal details via ESR Employee Self Service. Help us to record accurate equality and diversity statistics by ensuring your details such as ethnicity, religion and sexual orientation are up to date.
