NW Reform: new arrangements for AHP student allocation arrangements

Higher Education Institute allocation arrangements have now changed for Dietetics, Physiotherapy and Speech and Language Therapy students in line with the NW Reform regional collaborative approach.

Bank workers annual leave process update
27 October 2023
The new process for bank workers requesting payment for annual leave has been in place for three weeks and it is evident the system is not working as it should be. The situation has been escalated to payroll and the National ESR team. A decision has been made in the interim to revert to the process previously used.

Purchase order compliance
27 October 2023
All invoices submitted by suppliers, from this date, must have a purchase order issued by the Trust. Or they risk being returned unpaid. The Trust requires all purchases are made via a requisition in SBS, which generates a purchase order for the supplier.

Help shape Telehealth for our Trust

We’re going to extend the use of Telehealth across all our services, and want each division (Community, Mental Health and Secure) to embrace this technology. To demonstrate the benefits it can bring to you and your patients, we are inviting staff to attend a Telehealth Market Place Event on 8 November, 9.30am to 12noon, brunch will be provided!

Freedom to Speak Up Month celebrations continue

Yesterday, Sue Fogg, Freedom to Speak up Guardian for the Mental Health Division and two of the Pharmacy Champions Jan Clancy and Georgia Quinn took part in Wear Green Day at Hollins Perk to raise awareness for speaking up.
