When representing the ICB at meetings, visiting clients etc, smart work wear is what you would wear to the office or to a meeting.  The ICB does not have a dress code policy as we recognise that how we work has changed over recent years and staff are able to be a little more relaxed in what they wear when working from home.   We expect staff to take a pragmatic approach to their work, including what they wear, and do not want to be overly prescriptive as we trust our staff to behave and dress appropriately.

The ICB does not provide uniforms as our staff do not provide hands on clinical care.
