Secure Division – follow current process
All Stand Alone Systems – follow current process. If you are unsure what system your site has please contact the site manager who can advise.
New Starter ID badge requests –If you are new to the Trust and still awaiting your new ID badge, contact recruitment@merseycare.nhs.uk.
Replacement ID badges – Please follow this process if you've changed role within the Trust, lost your badge or if your badge is faulty. Complete this form. *You will need to upload a copy of your ID and a current photo (your photo needs to be head and shoulders only on a plain background) before this can be submitted.
Lost badges - Please report your lost badge to idbadge.requests@merseycare.nhs.uk or call 0151 478 6959.
Badges will be ready for collection 2 days after managers approval. Badges are to be collected from V7 reception between Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm and should be collected within 2 weeks. Call V7 reception 0151 471 2601 to check if your badge is ready for collection.

For generic contractor, visitor or student passes please contact the site manager for the relevant site, they can then request them from by emailing idbadge.requests@merseycare.nhs.uk or calling 0151 478 6959.
In accordance with Trust policy all Mersey Care staff must have a valid ID badge.
ANY ISSUES RELATING TO TRAKA CABINETS SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO THE SITE MANAGER OF THE AFFECTED SITE.
