The Trust is now using one single system for eRoster (Optima) and Employee Online.
A single eRoster system across the Trust allows for fully aligned rostering practices, reporting, and streamlined processes across temporary staffing, payroll and links to our other HR systems.
The links to the systems are below. Your desktop icons will have been updated to allow you to log into the correct versions of both eRoster (Optima) and Employee Online. Your login details will remain the same.

In line with the new branding, your desktop icon will update next week (week commencing 3 June 2024) to reflect the new name – please see the image below . Nothing else has changed, just the name.
