Part of our employee health management system will be going live in May. Health Manager – a service within the new Empactis system – will be in use from the end of May across the trust. We want all managers to get behind this new system, which will become the single place for staff health monitoring data to be collected. In practical terms, the use of a single manager referral form to occupational health, asks all the questions in one place means that colleagues in occupational health can then deliver a seamless triage with all the information to hand.
The separate Empactis Absence Manager system continues to be tested and will undergo a rigorous trial in our services before being rolled out after September. You can read more about this new system on YourSpace.
