The Patient Engagement Platform (PEP) is a new initiative designed to foster greater communication and collaboration between our organisation, patients, service users, carers and the broader community. PEP aims to streamline processes and enhance how people interact with our organisation. We aim to use the platform to improve appointment management and communication with patients and service users and make sure that our services are shaped by those who use them.
The Trust is currently in the process of finalising the name and identity for the PEP, and we want to know your thoughts. We believe that involving as many people as possible in this decision will help create a sense of ownership and pride.
We are keen to gather as much feedback as possible to make sure PEP reflects the values and needs of our many and diverse communities. Please can you complete the short survey below by 21 March 2025, and encourage colleagues to vote for their favourite name, identity or suggest a new idea.
