From Tuesday, 21 January, all new Radar system service requests or issues with the RADAR system, will need to be logged through the IT Service Desk. If you have an open request for a Radar issue with the Patient Safety Incident and Risk Team, this does not need to be re-logged. Further information about supporting data quality aspects of incident and risk reporting and monitoring on Radar will continue to be provided by: incidentandriskteam
