Are your personal details up to date? Did you know you can update your own personal details such as address and contact details via ESR Employee Self Service?

You can also help the Trust to record accurate equality and diversity statistics by ensuring your details such as ethnicity, religion and sexual orientation are up to date. It only takes a few minutes to double check that everything is correct and guidance can be found in the ‘Employee Self Service Starter Pack’ on the ESR Self Service YourSpace page.

There are many other useful features of ESR Employee Self Service such as:

  • Access to the ESR hub with latest announcements relating to ESR  
  • View and download payslips, P60s and Total Reward Statements (pension statement)
  • Access absence calendar  
  • Review opportunities or learning and development, and enrol onto training courses   
  • Direct access to eLearning for local and national training courses
  • View past employment history  
  • Review any professional registrations 
  • Password resets
  • Complete an ESR CV for revalidation or PDR purposes, via talent profile.
