As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance the Electronic Patient Record (EPR) systems used within our Trust, we have developed an EPR survey to gather your valuable feedback.
Your insights and feedback are crucial in helping us identify opportunities for improvement, shape future development, and optimise our EPR systems – so we can better support your needs and those of our service users and patients. We are committed to making ongoing improvements to ensure our systems are efficient and easy to use for all colleagues.
We kindly ask that you take a few minutes to complete our EPR survey focusing on the primary EPR system that you use. If you also use a secondary system and would like to provide additional feedback, please complete the survey a second time.
The closing date for responses is 1 July 2025.
