To recognise how tough the last year has been we are delighted to send you a £50 voucher as a token of our appreciation, which we hope will go some way towards expressing our gratitude for everything you’ve done.
This is being offered to all staff who have worked in Mersey Care from 1 September 2021 and up to 28 February 2022. Additional criteria about staff who will receive a voucher is available below:
- A substantive staff who had worked in the trust continually between 1 September 2021 and 28 February 2022 and are in post on 28 February.
- Rotational Doctors at the trust for the whole period of 1 September to 1 February 2022.
- Bank workers who had worked minimum 69 hours a month (16 hours per week – links to benefits) between the above dates
- Colleagues not in work and are off long term sick
- Maternity leave, adoption leave and parental leave
- Hospital managers who have completed 69 hours per month (same as bank workers)
- Rotational doctors – on the August 2021 rotation
- Colleagues who left but returned straight away on bank but have to meet the bank criteria above
- Volunteers who have completed 69 hours per month (same as bank workers)
- Staff on secondment to Mersey Care and worked between the dates above.
