New or minor works (paid for works)

If your request relates to a new or minor works request, such as any non-fault related works, new installs or a quotation request, please submit your request through Micad using the link below.

This will then send an automated email requesting approval from the divisional approval group, you will receive confirmation of the request.

You will then receive an email with the outcome of the approval. Please keep this for future reference as this will help us with tracking the work if there are any delays.

Priorities

  1. P1 Emergencies: Action within one hour (Disruption to the entire building, resulting in building being closed or evacuated).
  2. P2 Urgent: Action within four hours  (Disruption to room or part of the building resulting in being closed or evacuated).
  3. P3 General: Action within 24 hours (Non-critical asset failure).
  4. P4 Unplanned: Five working days (Items not covered under PPM i.e. broken tambour units, fix shelving, flooring repairs etc.).
  5. P5 General: Seven days unless stated otherwise.
  6. P6 PLACE works:  28 days unless stated otherwise.
  7. P7 Quotation: 28 days unless stated otherwise.
