Accessible Information Standard (AIS)
AIS is all about improving communication, providing information in the format, or delivering information in a way, that people need. There are things we can do in-house, and sometimes the individual may have ways of adapting the information we have. Also, the translation and interpretation companies may be able to help.
If you have any queries/concerns in accessing translation and interpretation provision please contact Alison
