Following the email migration as part of the transfer to Mersey Care, some users may be experiencing issues with voicemail notifications reaching their mailboxes. This is being worked through as a priority and the notifications will be reinstated.

In the meantime, you can access your voicemails as follows:

From your own phone (the number the voicemail would be associated with):

  • Press the messages button
  • Enter your voicemail PIN followed by #

 

From another phone:

  • Call 0151 430 1555
  • Press *(star)
  • Enter UserID (6 digit extension, eg 833000) followed by #
  • Next enter your voicemail PIN followed by #

If you do not know your PIN or if you have an urgent requirement for your voicemail notifications to be restored, please contact your IT Service Desk – see your desktop for the correct contact details.
