The overall aim of these voluntary roles is to:
- Improve awareness of patient and carer experience across the Trust
- Support local patient experience improvement and to gather local intelligence
- Highlight areas for improvement and share best practice/positive experiences
- Share what is happening across the Trust in terms of patient experience, carers, and equality, diversity and inclusion
- Provide opportunities for upskilling and specific training in these areas.
