Long COVID
Long COVID is a term used to describe the symptoms and effects of coronavirus that last longer than four weeks beyond the initial diagnosis. We have pulled together a range of resources for staff who may need help with their recovery. Managers and board-level Wellbeing Guardians should also help colleagues access appropriate support by sharing information, holding safe and effective wellbeing conversations and signposting to the following:
- Online rehab services at Your COVID Recovery
 - Our comprehensive health and wellbeing offer via england.nhs.uk/people
 - System-wide staff mental health and wellbeing hubs
 - One of the 89 Post-COVID Assessment Clinics via their GP
 - Access to the trust's Occupational Health Department via management referral
 - Review the SOM return to work guide
