World Menopause Day is on 18 October, and this year's theme is lifestyle medicine.

We're taking this opportunity to raise awareness about menopause and share the support available to help improve health and wellbeing. The Wellbeing Team will be hosting a celebration event, details below:

This engaging and informative session will equip you with the skills and confidence to have supportive conversations around menopause, helping to foster a more inclusive and understanding workplace.

The forum's purpose is to give you the opportunity to meet other colleagues experiencing perimenopause, menopause and post menopause symptoms. The aim of the session is to provide a confidential and respectful space for colleagues to share their menopause journey, so they feel they are not alone in their experience of working with menopause and gain support from each other too.
