Mindfulness 4 week group. Each session lasts approximately 45 minutes, and will cover a different aspect of mindfulness including compassion, the mind-body connection, and the effects of stress, including facilitator-lead practice and resources to help you on your journey. |

In this workshop we will outline what stress is and how it works, the effect it has on our mental health and ultimately, how to reduce stress levels and prevent burnout.
