We’re inviting you to join a series of wellbeing sessions designed to support managers take steps towards better self-care and develop awareness of where to get support for you and your teams.
These sessions are an opportunity to recharge, reflect, and connect with others who understand the challenges you face every day. Most importantly, these sessions will equip you with the tools you need to better support not just your own health, but the wellbeing of your team too.
