The Health and Wellbeing at Work Team provide critical support to staff who are experiencing emotional distress. During the Coronavirus outbreak, the service has seen a significant increase in demand for support. Additional resources have been allocated into the team during the outbreak have enabled the team to begin to deliver targeted, evidence-based psychological interventions, based on thorough assessments, to improve outcomes for staff.

The people we see have a variety of concerns and these may include:

  • Social anxiety
  • Anger difficulties
  • Obsessive compulsive disorder
  • Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)
  • Bereavement and loss
  • Relationship difficulties
  • Long term physical health conditions

  • Bullying
  • Work / life balance
  • Trauma / Crisis Support
