From the 4 January 2022 it is mandatory that all staff complete the Rio Introduction eLearning prior to their Virtual Rio Training session.

The eLearning can be completed from home or work and it is not connected to ESR, therefore, a Smartcard is not required. Simply click on the link above and begin, it will take roughly 45 to 60 minutes to complete.
There are three elements to the Rio Introduction: eLearning, eAssessment and a Declaration of Learning; once we have received this automated information you can then commence your virtual training.
Failure to complete the eLearning will delay you receiving access to the clinical system.
