A small number of managers who have recently moved positions will not currently have access to the OPAS system. This is because ESR has not yet realigned them to the new system: this will happen within the next two weeks.
Until then, if an affected manager needs to make an occupational health referral, they should ask their line manager or another manager in their team to complete this on their behalf. Should the matter not be urgent, then the manager can do it directly in two weeks’ time.
