In recognition of the increasing system and capacity pressures, the deadline for achieving the Trust target of 90% by 31 December 2021 has been deferred until 31 January 2022.
Whilst the official deadline has been reviewed, we would continue to emphasise the importance of these conversations, especially as support for wellbeing and resilience. For this reason we would urge those that can, to continue as planned if this is possible.
The rationale to revisit this at the end January is that this acknowledges the pressure, provides more time whilst still seeking to support the Health and Well Being aspect in cognisance of the risks regarding resilience and expectations of the NHSE and CQC. Position and risks will be reviewed in January.
