Since the acquisition of North West Boroughs Healthcare, the Trust has operated with two Healthroster systems. We are now in a position to bring the two systems together. The merge will provide the benefit of having one single HealthRoster system across the Trust, which will allow for fully aligned rostering practice, reporting, and more streamlined processes across temporary staffing, payroll and links to our other HR systems.
The project is currently within its early data analysis stages and the merge is due to be completed in February 2024. Impact for staff will be kept to a minimum though there will be some system downtime nearer to the completion of the project.
