Declarations of interests, gifts and hospitality

If you are yet to make a Conflict of Interest declaration for the financial year 2023/2024, this must be made on ESR by 31 March 2024.

‘Decision Making Staff’- are required to complete a declaration of interest each financial year and must make a ‘nil declaration’, if they do not have any interests to declare.

These staff will have received notifications directly from ESR and Declarations@mersyecare.nhs.uk.

‘All staff’- are required to make a declaration of interest if they have one and update this each financial year. (such as outside employment or relationships within the Trust).

All staff must declare any gifts or hospitality received accordingly.
