Building on what we have learned together, and alongside feedback from those who use our services, the Trust sought expert guidance to help design and future-proof the blueprint of our new operating model.
The clinical divisions were re-mapped to focus on the relationships with our patients and service users, and as part of this, the four were realigned into three: Secure Care, Mental Health Care, and Community Care. To reflect to purpose and role of services previously aligned to Corporate Services, the division will now be referred to as Trust Wide Support Services (TWSS).
In line with the Definitive Team List (DTL) our single, centrally managed, list of teams with a unique cost code and agreed service naming convention, the use of Trust Wide Support Services will be applied to the DTL and reflected across our various systems (E.g. Budgets, ESR, Radar, Eroster, PACE, and Trac).
To support a consistent and standardised approach when referring to Trust Wide Support Services, colleagues aligned to the division are also asked to update information where Corporate Services has been referenced on any documentation, email footers, and the Directory Manager function when logging on to laptops/computers.
