Alll incentive indicators must be added as soon as possible if any retrospective work is required, payroll cut off for bank will be 8.30am on Monday, 23 to ensure payment on Friday, 27 December.

Payroll has a one day turn around next week unfortunately missed incentive and shifts will be paid the following week, please can ward colleagues be reminded, many thanks all and thank you for your support to resolve for bank workers.

The Trust acknowledges the increased need for capacity to manage staffing gaps and the increased demand over the holiday period. During this period the pre-agreed process of authorised additional hours remains. Due to queries, we have updated the guidance in the attached document.
