Telehealth market place 1.jpgThank you to everyone who attended the Telehealth Market Place Event today. We had a fantastic turnout, which included twelve suppliers and over 100 members of staff from right across the Trust.

It was great to see so many of you engaging with the suppliers and testing the technology that was on display. The feedback you provided on the day has been captured and will inform the specification that will be going out in the New Year as part of this procurement exercise. Its incredibly valuable to know what you liked, what you thought was missing and other ideas you had for using digital tools with the people you care for.

As a minimum, the suppliers must be able to support patients with technology enabled care at home, including remote monitoring which utilises algorithms to respond to clinical alert thresholds. It must also have the capability to onboard 5000 patients who require daily monitoring. At the end of this process, the chosen supplier will be responsible for our Telehealth system for the next five to seven years.
